Acquisition- If it happens- will not help stock price long term because of dilution and reverse split. All Mr Eric cares about anyway is liquidity- enough bag holders to buy his dilution shares- This is his piggy bank. As long as pumping on twitter works to keep up liquidity he can keep his money that would be spent on PR's for himself.
