That is what I meant by it. Since there is no buying pressure, when someone dumps into the bid, we see large swings. I am not gonna argue about picking up some additional $2 shares (my last failsafe until next pay...and the lowest price before my trading app requires a commission fee to trade OTC)...just frustrated it is taking longer for the company to get to the (minimum) stock price I believe that they should be valued at.
