Maybe the settlement needed to remove CE
Just thinking out loud, but the "lesser evil" was to settle now in order to get the CE removed. Maybe i am reading into this, but would Adar take stock settlement if they thought there was a chance CATV may be suspended from trading? If Adar dumps their stock while the CE is still here, this may indicate there is a long range problem. Just conjecture.
