bipolars do just that.

My thinking, though, is he outsmarted himself in that phone call, thought he was talking to an amateur (kinda like when tommy chatted with beanie), and then later (in a recent post) tried to make it sound as if he was trolling with cookies and got the fish he wanted (with rotten's help) -- as if he's planned the entire performance all along.
