Details of action in Australia with full account of the agreement that can lead to a 30/70 JV. That would happen in stages over several years with Mawson footing exploration expenses and making cash payments - pretty standard n the mining world.

Drill program also described and a couple of favorable intercepts of 6.1 and 5.3 g/ton so far. The Whroo agreement is with Nagambie Resources Limited.
