40,000,000 Share Cancellation >>> SMC has now entered discussion with the former members of Spectrum Entertainment LLC (Spectrum) to rescind SMCs acquisition of Spectrum. As part of the rescission agreement, SMC is seeking repayment of funds made to Spectrums lenders by SMC, the return and cancellation of 40,000,000 common shares issued to Spectrum members as consideration in both cash and equity of the purchase price, along with additional legal and accounting fees that SMC incurred as part of the acquisition.
