Why? if all loans to Auctus have been paid back and PCTL and their attorney's are on it why would it effect share price. From the DD I've done the SEC does not require a signed letter the warrants have been extinguished in any filing. Perhaps it's the auditors required the letter to cover their ass. If that's the case PCTL needs new auditors.
