Agreed all good. Was Purplebee's mentioned? I was unable to listen.

What I did not want was goodwill written off. That is what a lot of the mso's have been doing. IMO, when that happens it is improper dd and paying to much. Happens way too often and most peeps just overlook. Most Mao's will pay anything to get the acquisition done. Certainly not Dye. Slow and steady does it. Patience will be well rewarded here

11,000 ibs. will almost gross what we paid for the the entire acquisition I would think. Going to have to do some figuring
