Those money managers are pretty clever dumping 10 million shares at .0013 just before the close Friday and another close to 6 million at .0013 around 3:00 today. Still time for more. Not sure how that is accumulating cheap shares, seems to me like they are dumping new shares. I believe .004 was once considered cheap shares. This activity will and must continue. Hey, maybe those clever MMs are selling short.
