They posted that a few weeks ago but that only bought them a small window. A lot of time has passed and no further comment was made. It shows hope but we don’t know yet for sure.

Binance said something similar and then said they would not do it. Then there was a huge backlash and they came back and said last week that they decided to do the right thing and will distribute.

So Nexo is in same boat. They are facing a huge backlash of negative reviews from their customers if they do not execute. However they remain silent foe weeks after making that statement. They will not provide any more assurance
