Only problem V and Telogis has nothing to do with shareholder equity in RMTD.

Since the largest shareholder of RMTD approved the sale of the remaining assets that hold any value to Telogis, there’s nothing illegal. Followed by Verizon purchasing Telogis, it’s a private company LoL. Shareholders of RMTD have nothing to do with Telogis.

I freely admit that you could be correct. However, using anyone here on iHub as an authoritative source of information regarding this manner instead of both contacting the Verizon Legal Department and consulting a securities attorney for advice is a bit like attempting to gain a medical diagnosis from a cab driver parked in front of a hospital.
