Three2001 If you think I didn't report MCOA to the law then all I can say is you are more delusional then Joe Biden . This security is being manipulated and should be investigated and if you think our complaints and concerns are ignored once you file I suggest you look up stock symbols COHO and BVTK . I and many others went to the SEC , FBI and to the FTC and reported those companies for they was doing the exact same shit has MCOA is doing now . When I made my complaints I made it clear the stock went from $0.02 back into $0.002 which is unusual for a stock to be on a daily decline and nothing from MCOA to turn it around . I also made it clear this company had already had 2 reverse splits and now out of no where they dump 11 billion shares back into the mix . The 2 reverse splits they did and now adding the 11 billion shares all of that was done without shareholders approval . They did not have a proxy vote asking us how we felt about any of the decisions they are making and that is a violation in it self . They setting us up for another reverse split and a bankruptcy . I am one I do not like to lose and if I am losing then I will come back fighting which that is what I am doing now . I am coming back fighting with the law has my weapons of choice .
