Yes, and let's not forget that our national/international supply chain is a disaster. Everything is stuck at the ports. Just a quick search will reveal how difficult it is to get a bulk amount of just about anything. I'm quite reasonable to assume that it has some sort of effect on installation as well. Unless ofcourse he already had all the power cabling, ect already on hand(which I highly doubt).
