Hi Ranchu. Good to hear from you. You haven't posted in well over a year. What I wrote has been my core belief for 5 years. The gold is still in the ground regardless of external issues preventing it being mined out. There will be miners wanting to buy Hellix to see how much is actually there if Frank can't do it himself. A partnership agreement could get the ball rolling. Or maybe a whale will come in and buy up all the remaining shares. At the current price there are hundreds of entities that could buy up all the remaining shares with their pocket lint. However a potential buyer wouldn't want a bidding war to start so they would take an all or nothing approach. Despite all the crooked naked shorting and share price devastation we still own shares and whatever happens moving forward we (shareholders) cannot be swept aside. Brenner and others crashed the price so they could scoop it all up at ridiculously low prices per share. They will never get that chance and those that continued buying all the way down to the bottom will be the beneficiaries of his shady activities. Thank God Abington Resources which owns Hellix is debt free and has a faithful stream of money flowing in from gas and oil royalties. Otherwise Hellix would never have been able to weather the storm and been bankrupted.
Best wishes to you.

PS Potential buyers with deep pockets won't allow Frank's issue with Brenner and the title dispute to stand in their way. They have the strong incentive, resources and expertise to make that whole issue go away quickly.
