As usual excellent post....we don't know if HDC tried to negotiate some type of royalty from Intel but I do recall you talking about HDC having no damages in the area of products since we never had any. I don't like that thinking especially if they used our patents (if). Maybe HDC would not jump on Intel as hard as they should have early on and look at the short comings we have. Yes jury trial heck the Judge normally would be practical where the jury would be more sympathetic especially over all the documentations that HDC did they appeared to look like Intel kicking us in the teeth and telling us to go pound sand and of course go stab ants with an Ice pick.

All this clearly sucks and as I see this HDC needs a win so this will be hyped upward. Secondly a win at trial that will be the next hyperoo and maybe save 20-40k shares for any payout regardless of one dollar of $600k at most. It doesn't matter what kind of money HDC Gains it has ran it's course and anyone who thinks differently hasn't been here for years nor understand what little is lift under the HDC hood.

Now I believe this is the last move that CEO McGovern will be able to do and the decision was out of principle not for any other reason but we are done regardless of any income at this point. We have far too much against us yet these kids in all these website are able to hype these stock upward. I hope I can move my mail box soon as far too many years here.
