Once you have the wallet it will tell you you need 10xrp to activate it. You will initiate the transfer from uphold or where ever your xrp is now. You need 10 to activate and 2 xrp fire each trust line.

If you just want to activate the wallet and open the trust line for solo I wound sent 13 xrp to be safe to execute the whole thing
