For TDA Apex trader and Fidelity active trader free wires all day long. Strangely ACH on TDA is a one day hold for stock options and otc. If I trade an otc stock on TDA full balance is immediately available, I can wire back to Fidelity no minimum.

If you trade frequently you should call and ask about these programs. It's not balance contingent.
