Hi J. Hope all is well. Gold is climbing and the world's economic / debt / financial woes are accelerating. The perfect storm so to say. Once gold takes off Frank will not have a hard time unloading the property at a very good price if he so desires. At his age its probably the best choice. As you know the future price of gold is gonna be multiples of what it is right now. In the near term this will create a scramble by the senior miners to grab as many juniors and exploration properties as they can. Next year is going to be the year Hellix either resurrects or fades to black.
