Must be a very close friend of "the company" (and we know who that really means).... Mr Way has been a significant "filer" to sell for the past few years.... I'd like to believe that some of these "friends of the company" have a better sense of what's coming than we do, and therefor perhaps the positioning that this filing may represent can be considered a positive data point. However, it could be that Mr Way also has .05/restricted shares and as with many of the 144s - they're in the money and they're simply going to roll their proceeds back into more inexpensive shares (or other direct funding for the company). One of our major issues is not being able to tell what the heck is really going on with the behind the scenes "funding" that has resulted in an impressive (depressive) number of 144 shares over the past 5+ yrs.
