My thought on this is not what I would like to have.

This looks as if Strickland "may" have been up to old tricks with CDEX. Maybe the scheme was nipped in the bud, Griffin as well.

Odd that Griffin worked for Strickland before and after he was hired by CDEX, Strickland came on as a Board Member! Was this a plan from the beginning? Were did I hear MP hired JG in order to get DS?

Also, it may not have been "nipped" by MP but possibly forced on him to make the move, and done to cover his own arse!

There may have been a plan all along to spend all the money in the coffers and fail to comply with the SEC filings, file BK and buy back at a barn sale price. HOW MANY OF THE PERPURTRATORS, IF ANY, WOULD BE INTERESTING! AND WHO....
