it's just unreal how much good is here.
Of course we knew it would take time, but the first 12 months has rewarded us nicely.

what will another 12 months do? :)

the benefit to us as well-- 12+ months of holding, we will now pay a LOT less in taxes when we eventually sell.
that s a beautiful thing for us personally hahahah
i'm very happy to sit here until next november before i even think about selling any.

once we get to that point I may say hey-- let me wait until 2023 lol
