It's easy to calculate how much cash there will be. It could be $100M. It could be $300M. I used $150M as a bit of a conservative number.

And there is an extremely high probability that they would distribute a significant sum of that to the shareholders, say half. If only for the simple reason that they would have a war on their hands if they don't

This is still a company with dubious assets in China. This is still a company that will be massively undervalued and underappreciated even (especially) after parent leaves.

Better even, they could (also) make a $6 tender offer for our shares. I don't think there would be many people who wouldn't accept.
