Flippers and trend players are essential to market movements specially up move trend buyers, once a ticker gets on a radar on the breakout boards then they swarm, till it reaches a peak, that is when some get out and go away but flippers buy again on a dip and that is when the tick up happens again then you have the trend buyers that missed out on the first run and if it is all done good it will continue to new highs or it may not.
some Longs with large positions will sell a little and buy back also (long flip), but mostly like to keep large positions for the long term trend up with news and revenue growth and that is what we have here with $PCTL.
