Killa, you don't know what he's doing, as none of us do. So when you claim that his reasoning was to 'help his Toxic lending buddies get back their money', that's 1. 100% unknown, and 2. probably 100% untrue.
Hey I totally agree with you that LB's 'soon' certainly didn't turn out to be soon like that term is normally defined as. That said there has been progress. The filings are up to date and today's 8K reveals what's been happening.

They've corrected the issue of preferred shares and the potential massive dilution because of them. That is huge. Did that take longer than we all would have liked. Yes, but now it's done. And clearly he's moving on to his goals:

Leslie Bocskor, Chief Executive Officer of Indoor Harvest Corp., states, "The Company would like to first thank its shareholders and supporters for their continued patience. Our highest priority was to bring the Company's filings current, address balance sheet issues and solidify its foundation. With this significant achievement nearing completion, Indoor Harvest's focus is now on initiating and executing its business strategy and cultivating collaborative business alliances with a focus on long-term growth."

I've been impatient too, but haven't whined and complained. If I was that miserable I would have sold. I actually bought more this morning and hold more now than I ever have. I hope you were smart enough to do the same, and hope you are less negative moving forward. The market is cyclical. We've been up high (over .03 almost exactly 2 months ago) to recent lows of .01. Seems it's obvious we are back on the uptrend. Let's enjoy.
FYI... it probably won't go straight to $1 or even .10 so lets give LB and INQD some patience and watch our little seedling grow to a mammoth in the coming months/years. We will get up this mountain. Together.

Philip
