Jim46 good to see you here . Some Notes

a. Reach out to Kristy , you will get a good read on her and their efforts have talked to in person. She had to cleanup a lot of past issues, but it will remind you of where we talk all the time at E**C.

b. Joe L here at GSPI is like Harry at the other one . All Ideas, patents , experience , but when it comes to managing not so good. However Joe does have the patents and they are his in various components at GSPI.

c. Kristy is a Tiger going after things, but needed to get this one Pink Current and I actually intro'd her to the one guy (OTC Attorney) who could do and low and behold .. He and Kristy did it , so give them credit.

d. Has a ways to go , but Kristy has only been here since FEB and then on top of that had about four to five months of her on transition to really get into it and hit some past hurdles that were lingering at GSPI for what ever reason along the way . She was not the normal OTC person/ Past OTC CEO so some lessons along the way , that would happen to anyone , but she has kept it current and going. Saw a note , that she is on top of the Disclosure that is due out now , so that is good.

e. There is one person on this particular board that will remind you of "you know who" on the other one "BM over there". You will get your read real quick . Moderator Trevor is ok and does what he can .
