This is a good find. If you click the Evergreen link below and page to the bottom and click the different links under services, you will see just how connected these guys are. There are so many different possibilities for what type of company/companies may merge in.

As I have stated before our previous CEO tried and failed to merge in a huge Malaysian Resort into another ticker. If you click around on the links under services, you find mention of their Malaysian in the tourism sector connections that I am referencing. That being said, I believe the Nigerian Accounting Firm is absolutely a strategic choice for what is taking place w/ KRBF.
