That is not a thing and I think doing some research on the different exchanges/markets and levels may be helpful for you. To somewhat help for you

IQST for past years was on OTC pink which is the lowest tier of OTC, halfway they uplisted to OTCQB which is the middle tier and a couple months ago listed up to OTCQX which is the highest tier market in the OTC.

The next step would be listing on a major exchange such as nasdaq or nose. The company has stated their goal is nasdaq
