Why aren't these owned by the company? Doesn't this mean that RockHouse Live could decide to keep all revenues generated from them at some point in the future? Why not sell them to the company? I'm not trying to stir anything up -- I just don't understand the arrangement here. Does anyone here know the answers?

My philosophy is to just be honest and balanced, and let the market decide if it agrees or not.
