If that's your worst nightmare, you can sleep peacefully.

Because there is no FDA submission for the CBM. It can't get approval until somebody submits an application. Holmes has never submitted ANYTHING to the FDA -- not for this corporation or any other corporation he created.

In other words, the FDA doesn't know the CBM exists.

As for the CFDA -- I doubt Royea ever submitted anything to the CFDA. Royea has been promising "on the market in the next 12 months" for four years -- he just said it again recently in one of his Galen Growth BS-slinging sessions. He never offers any facts or concrete statements - just Safe Harbor business-speak about how they EXPECT this and ANTICIPATE that.

If I had invested in either Cyrcadia or Cyrcadia-Asia I'd be livid. I'd be demanding an update and threatening a lawsuit. And I'd want to see proof, because Royea and Holmes will say anything that pops into their heads, IMO, with no regard for the truth.
