The press release yesterday was revenue related so it does not qualify as "fluff" imo.

Surna probably is sitting on some gunpowder but they will need to disperse it between now and the end of the year. This PR was likely planned for the day after the conference call to stem any fallback.

More gunpowder will be needed towards the end of the month as Year-End stock selling begins in late November. Shareholders can buy back thirty days later without tax penalty.

End-of-Year selling is another hop-off point. Great time to buy in many cases.

Biggest load of gunpowder is needed after the reverse split (timing?) which is the riskiest period for shareholders.

2021 annual report not due until Thu Mar 31st.

Surna Cultivation Technologies Signs First Preventative Maintenance Contracts

Quickly Converts New Service Offering to Recurring Revenue Orders

Boulder, Colorado, Nov. 11, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Surna Inc. (OTCQB: SRNA), operating as Surna Cultivation Technologies, was awarded preventative maintenance contracts for HVACD systems from facilities in Arizona and Michigan. These facilities operate a combined 75,000 square feet of cultivation space.

"Surna Cultivation Technologies is excited to sign our first preventative maintenance contracts," said Grant Wilkerson, Surna Project Manager. Surna's goal in providing maintenance services is to optimize the customer's mission critical environmental controls system and maximize their uptime both now and into the future.
