The Company does not indicate when specific future filings or press releases will be issued, unless they announce an expected timeframe in a press release or SEC filing.

The 14A does have a minimum 10 period between the Preliminary and the Definitive. In order to file the correct date for the shareholders meeting and to ensure that the date will not be changed, the Company is passing all of the information in the Definitive 14A by the appropriate regulatory bodies before it is filed. The result of this process is that we do not know exactly what day the Definitive will be filed. It will be filed as soon as possible, and the Company looks forward to the shareholder meeting so that the BDC election can be withdrawn.

The transaction as described in an acquisition of 100% of Aero. We do expect a name change and a symbol change to be part of this process as well.

Can we expect any PR's or filing from FCCN this week ? Also is there a timeframe deadline for that 14a to filed and do you expect any delays on the filing ? Will this be a R/M where Aero will enter shell with a new symbol or a acqusition for FCCN ?
