The SEC indicted a guy on twitter that made a million and a half by saying stonks go up…. The SEC would love to make an example of scoundrel OTC CEOs, what kind of target does saying “we have 8.2 million dollars, and LAHO shareholders WILL BE paid .002 for every share they own.”?

Either they’re paying, or they like risking jail time, and with their statements, it’s a huge risk. I’d put it at 95% chance they go to jail with no follow through.
