Boxsterfan...I have no clue and it seems to be too early to get that information but interesting.

I did listen to a few "You Tube" videos involving Dr. Evgeniou in discussions and if the deposition is presented by verbal record I would lean towards him bring confusion to this case. His French accent and the way he presents his studies leaves one with the typical dry sense of French humor.

At any I wonder if that deposition, word for word will be presented later for all of us to read? I really sense that Intel is really starting to get on the nerves of the USPTO I mean Intel appears to be telling the entire system of Judges are stupid in which the USPTO is being rubbed the wrong way.

Time will tell as always I mean we (as investors) can wait another year or so but can HDC. I would love to see the stock pop as it should with denying Intel but closing in on June 2022 just might be what all of us have been waiting to see. Just maybe Intel will sweat some nice cash for all of us to finally enjoy. With so much INET coverage as we have seen before we are probably set to run to .75 to upwards of $1.25 and either figure would be fine as I see things. Of course I would save 20-40k shares for the actual trial but that would be all. Money in your hand is the only thing that is real. I have watched $480k leave my hands thinking it will come back but it didn't so nothing is real until it can see it in my account(s).
