Of course it’s still dilution. It’s not a lot of dilution but in the context of the share structure and the amount traded, it’s not insignificant. It was clearly too much to overcome the demand for shares. That’s not debatable. It was so much dilution that they couldn’t even account for it until the T trade at the end of yesterday and there was a cross trade today as well. Why not just accept what it is?
