First, they would have to complete the JV, and then generate income before 12/31/2021 for any chance of JV income being posted on Q4 financials. Also, those are technically not due until 2/28/2022, because they get 60 days after EOY to file Q4 and 2021 annuals. I’m still long but don’t see much income from this JV showing up so soon. I hope I’m wrong though, but best chance, if they form the JV soon, would be Q1-2022 financials to get an official look under that hood.
