That is actually one of my theories. Some way to connect to a fiber optic cable to commu icate without surfacing. I read an SBIR Navy article that alot of projects go secrete when they go to phase two. I also read ACET 10q or a 8k months ago that stated OPT had to have permission to pr anything. On the last OPT 10q call CEO said that three PB3 would be deployed off of NJ within about two weeks for testing. Haven't heard anything about that?? There are several things they could be testing that would be secrete. I am retired military but I donot have any inside information but I can read between the lines on some info that is put out. Take it for what it's worth.
