My God.... what is taking them so long.

The spin-off is not worth $1/share or more (5-10x market cap). Simply much smaller than anticipated.

Well, you know that HERB invested RMB 925M = $144M in 2018.

And that is just what we know. There could be many investments or transfers of money that we don't know about.

So I would say the value of the spin-off is somewhere between $1 and $7.
