I agree it is a disservice. This is a great time to buy imo. No, they are not charging a fee to place the order yet it is inconvenient. I like to place my orders in multiple batches so it is stressful to list all that out to them.
I'm quite surprised at Schwab to be honest. This is "Robinhoodish" of them.
