With the new SEC rules, it seems to be a trend for many tickers to have raised the AS and OS etc. I wonder if there is a plan there to use all these shares for more sustained moves? Less, spikes and valleys, more consistent, longer term runs?

Just speculating. Looking for a sliver lining in the trend.
