ALL of this is "petty stuff"! That's what's wrong with these boards. If you crawl around the gutters of Beverly Hills you're bound to find some cigarette butts, but it's still a pretty nice neighborhood.

I have never claimed that SEVU is without their problems. Some of them may be pretty severe, but in my opinion, the problems don't outweigh the potential for gain. I don't know why people here can't seem to accept that SEVU is neither all good or all bad.

Does McBride violate SEC regulations by posting here? I don't know. Quite frankly, I don't care enough to even study the rule. What if he does? I'd say the penalties are among the least of the company's problems.

Are the PRs misleading? If I was going to sell my stock due to misleading PRs, I'd have sold ages ago.

Does tremendous dilution bother me? Of course it does, but I don't know all the details and it's quite possible that a PP was the best way to raise enough money to keep the company afloat. Maybe the other Officers feel the same way about McBride that some do here, and they wouldn't participate if the price was greater than ten cents. We simply don't know. If it bothers you that much, sell your shares and move on.

I prefer to consider the bigger picture. They have a unique product that appears to have great potential for profitable sales. Regardless of all the peripheral noise, I believe the potential for gain exceeds the potential for loss. You'll notice I don't recommend that others buy or sell. I don't care what the rest of you do. With the exception of McBride, the total number of shares represented on this board isn't enough to make a difference.
