I remember now why I ditched ITP (ONP) many years ago. Because there were rumors or even hints from the CEO that they no longer wanted to be a public company. Perhaps even delist voluntarily.

I see that they raised cash and diluted the shareholders instead, for $0.75 and $0.55. With 100M shares outstanding, the company is not even that cheap. And, not profitable. And, this...

Kaboom. I'm suprised that they are still listed on AMEX. It's not the shorts beating this one down. There simply is no value here.

As for HERB, they never issued a single share since 2004. Except in 2015 during the asset swap. Because they needed 90% of the votes as to avoid a shareholder vote. So they issued 2M shares for $1 to parent.

And you know they don't have to.
