Looks like anyone can buy all they want at $.60; just don't use all or none. Of course I wouldn't recommend buying this apparent scammer now down from $5 earlier this year and recent test results that show its "game changing" coating products provide only a "semi-permeable" coating.

Notice the absence of all the daily asinine posts about this stock? The ones recommending buying all the way down from $5?
