He is CEO of a company. His responsibility is to the viability and success of the company. Not your MOAS!
He has been a good sport about it and has listen to the shareholders. He is trying. We are about the same age, so I understand his need to take some off the table. He is too old to take that kind of risk and you don't know what's going on in his life. There may be huge medical bills for all we know. It is a small bump, if you can afford to buy some of them up .
