They will never find Ehrlich in Wakefield at his virtual office. A better shot of finding him in Florida. But you are absolutely correct about doing due diligence. This "company" disintegrated into a garbage pit - a seriously flawed CEO who has shown repeated acts of incompetence over the years, no office, a CEO who tries to do everything, a "company" that is run out of the CEO's home, one other office, an IR department/CEO who only responds to certain people, a useless board, and really no employees. I wouldn't go near this company unless Ehrlich resigns as CEO and there is a complete revamp in place -new board, new CEO, real employees, a workable and attractive plan and some indication of what direction the company is heading. Also, look to see whether DeGrado and the other scientific advisors remain or disappear.
