it is because they werent sold into the market initially to get the 8 million..they were ACTUALLY bought by 5 investors..they each forked over their own cash...I'm sure theyll be holding for a while...at least till a buyout or the stock rises at least 3x their buy in value (7.20)...I think these INVESTORS are in for a bigger pay out. so until one of those things happens its still non dilutive...and when they do want to sell a few shares, that would be fine, the liquidity would be good for the stock.. they arent going to dump them all i can assure you...

and best of all float is only 10 million Os 62.8 million....it really doesnt get any sweeter than this
