They were engaged in money lending to publicly traded companies without registering.. of course they are gonna secure the best terms for themselves. But the shares being sold on the otc is not new news we have known this for quite sometime. The who is what we were missing , at what price and how much. And if im not mistaken according to the emails from ceo the notes were converted ect... which is why the stock price has struggled imo..
