CURRENT Total outstanding share count: 53,920,740
OTCM Listed share count: 117,002,840
Difference: -63,082,100
This difference reflects the judicial reduction in share count dated October 26, 2021 announced by Synergy & posted on the OTCM disclosure page on November 2, 2021. To be crystal clear, the full court order directing this share reduction is posted on the OTCM site, $QENC page, under "disclosures".
I asked the TA for restricted count but she could not provide that number. Rules & such. Rest assured the canceled shares came out of the restricted pot.
The next update to OTCM will not be until the beginning of next month. That the true current share count is not yet listed on the OTCM is just a fluke. What happened is like when you get a "past due" notice in the mail 3 days after you mailed the payment...the notice from the court sent to the TA & the update to OTCM from the TA crossed in the ether. Colonial only updates the share count on $QENC once a month, so we are stuck with outdated information until the 1st of December.
Even though the OS is now 53.9m - an almost 54% decrease in shares - our SP is down 50%-60% over the last few weeks. Some would say this is a good time to buy. Others saying anything else would be painfully wrong.
