As for something of substance, ytd the stock is up like 2000% and they bought several companies and a percentage of 2-3 others. I could go on but you know all this. As for contracts these things take time. They fall apart and get put back together again all the time. Thats how contract negations work. Its just business and its to be expected. I would also say that anyone who say they gave away half of the profits didnt listen to what the man said nor have they applied common business sense to the jv. Obviously the two companies involved in the JV still do business independently except for when a client needs the services of both companies. Companies do jv's all the time and they dont just give up their core business just because of other relationships. Thats just ridiculous.
