It says nothing of 'convincing news'... it says that you ONLY NEED ONE POSITIVE NEWS this week TO CONVINCE YOU to BUY 4 Mil shares.
I guess people could be confused if they really do not read EXACTLY what people write.
I seem to remember something about 'an ongoing investigation into this company by the SEC and it could be SHUT DOWN AT ANY MOMENT'...
