It appears we will be waiting for a long time for the changes to take affect. I’m beginning to believe they have never filed with FINRA. Does anybody have 100% true knowledge or documents stating or showing they have indeed filed? If anyone does I believe everyone interested would appreciate seeing it.

What I find more disconcerting - is their CHRONIC late filings with the SEC ??

The SEC does not intend the "15 day extension" blah blah to be used EVERY FREAKING QUARTER and they can come down hard on companies who always file LATE every freaking Qtr and annual !!

What the hell - they have the entire Qtr to be "keeping the books" and they know EXACTLY WHEN FILINGS ARE DUE so why be late again ?

Companies and people can no longer pull the magic "COVID CAUSED IT CARD" as they don't cut it anymore !!

WHY are they habitually late in their filings - that means a Sr Mgt problem exists. Filing costs a decent sum of cash money - is it they are low on cash again?

Moreover, the Sr Mgt sure as hell has gone near DEAD SILENT in terms of Twitter and any other "news" etc ?

They paid to move up to the OTC QB tier - but that's a sort of "big whoop" IMO, as it's really just paying the fees and filing the papers with OTC.


NOW they file notice of "LATE 10-Q NEEDED" again...blah blah - not very professional on their part ? I mean WHAT are they doing that timely filing and compliance is not priority #1, as it always should be ?

QNTA is not exactly known as a "LOW EXPENSE/LOW OVERHEAD" company on their SG&A expense line - these insiders are being paid decent coin as Sr Mgt, so they should be performing like the A-TEAM !!
